Cup dry mustard.

Prick back of rib rack several times with a knife.
2 cups brown sugar.
In a saucepan add the mustard vinegar ketchup brown sugar garlic black pepper and 1 cup of drippings from the ribs.

Add the dry rub.
Davis dry rub consists of 1 2 cup paprika 1 3 cup ground black pepper 1 4 cup salt 1 4 cup chili powder 1 4 cup ground cumin 1 4 cup packed light brown sugar 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
Apply davis dry rub to the ribs.
Stir together remaining 1 4 cup each of vinegar and water.
Lightly brush the ribs on both sides with the mustard.
Spritz or brush vinegar water mixture on both sides of ribs to thoroughly moisten.

Next time i will cut the time to 5 mins per side.
Transfer to sheet pan.
In a small bowl combine the chile powder brown sugar salt pepper and celery seeds.
Then using davis dry rub from better homes and gardens or your own rub sprinkle on both sides of the ribs and pat gently into the meat.
Put the ribs on and lose the lid.
Now fire up your grill with 2 zones and a temperature of 120 c 248f and some smoke wood.
Bring the sauce to a gentle boil then reduce and allow to simmer for around 10 minutes.
Using a basting brush cover the meat side of ribs with the sauce.
After cooking them on the grill for 1 hour it looked like the ribs where done i made the exactly to the tee and the only sucestion is that instead after removing the ribs from the foil do not let them sit on the grill fr 30 mins.
In the meantime you can make the sauce by putting on a pan.
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
1 cup pineapple or apple juice.
Step 3 place ribs meat side down on aluminum foil.
If desired rub remaining 1 2 cup brown sugar mixture on both sides of the ribs.
